All content must be age-appropriate for 3-10 years. - *Storyboard & Visual Design*: Create storyboards with authentic Sikh visuals: Gurdwara settings, turbans, langar, Nishan Sahib. Maintain consistency with Sikh maryada and avoid depictions of Guru Sahibs unless specified. - *Animation Production*: Produce 3D animated videos using tools like After Effects, Blender, or Toon Boom. Include character animation, scene transitions, and text overlays for Punjabi + English. - *Audio Integration*: Source or record child-friendly voiceovers in Punjabi and English. Add background kirtan, gentle instrumental, and sound effects that fit the devotional tone. - *Quality Review*: Fact-check historical and religious content with Sikh scholars or community advisors before publishing. 2. *Key Deliverables* - *Output*: 4-8 finished videos per month, depending on complexity. - *Formats*: 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for YouTube Shorts/Instagram Reels, 1:1 for WhatsApp. - *Assets*: Maintain a library of reusable characters, backgrounds, props, and sound effects for faster production. 3. *Required Skills* - *Animation*: 3D animation, motion graphics, character rigging. Portfolio of kids content is a plus. - *Cultural Understanding*: Working knowledge of basic Sikh history, Gurbani, and terminology. Ability to present concepts simply without losing respect. - *Language*: Fluent Punjabi and English for accurate voiceover and subtitles. - *Tools*: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar. Experience with AI animation tools is a bonus. 4. *Success Metrics* - *Engagement*: Average watch time and retention for first 30 seconds. - *Impact*: Comments and feedback from Sikh parents/educators showing kids are learning and applying values. - *Consistency*: On-time release schedule and brand-consistent style across all videos. 5. *Values & Boundaries* - *Respectful representation*: No commercialization of sacred symbols. No violent or fear-based storytelling. - *Educational focus*: Every video should teach one clear value or concept. - *Community sensitivity*: Content should be inclusive of different Sikh backgrounds and reviewed for cultural accuracy. 6. *Growth Areas* - *Series development*: Build recurring characters and a narrative arc to keep kids coming back. - *Parent resources*: Create downloadable activity sheets or discussion questions that go with each video. - *Collaboration*: Work with Gurdwaras, Sikh schools, and parents for feedback and outreach.
