Creating a watercolour-inspired venue map

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer or illustrator to recreate an AI-generated map as a high-quality, print-ready vector file. A client of mine has a map that was originally created using AI, and while they love the overall style and layout, the current file is too low resolution for large-format printing. The goal is to professionally redraw and refine the map while maintaining the same overall look and feel. The final deliverable should be suitable for high-resolution printing and provided in editable vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG), along with a print-ready PDF.
