Creative Assistant (Content Operations & Paper Editing)

About Zator Media Zator Media helps business owners, professionals, and brands transform long-form content into engaging social media content. We are looking for a highly organized Creative Assistant to support our Creative Directors and production team. This role focuses on content organization, content review, paper editing, and asset management. This is not primarily a video editing role. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, organizing information, identifying valuable content moments, and supporting content production workflows. Responsibilities Content Review - Review podcasts, interviews, and long-form recordings - Identify strong content opportunities - Flag potential short-form clips - Identify valuable themes and talking points Paper Editing - Create paper edits from transcripts and recordings - Organize content into logical sections - Recommend content angles - Highlight short-form opportunities Content Structuring - Break long-form content into clear sections - Prepare content for Creative Director review - Support production planning Asset Organization - Organize client uploads - Maintain folder structures - Follow file naming standards - Ensure production assets remain organized Team Communication - Communicate clearly with Creative Directors - Flag missing assets - Provide project updates when necessary Requirements Required - Excellent written and verbal English - Strong organizational skills - High attention to detail - Reliable internet connection - Ability to work independently - Ability to manage multiple projects Preferred - Experience working with short form vertical videos - Experience with long-form content - Familiarity with Descript - Familiarity with Google Drive - Familiarity with Monday.com - Experience supporting content production teams Application Questions 1.
