Creative Book Cover Design Expert Needed for my First Self-development Book "The Momentum Effect"

I'm looking for an experienced book cover designer to create a complete cover redesign for my first self-development and productivity book that I titled "The Momentum Effect." The goal I have for this project is to get a very creative boom cover designer to create a clean, modern, premium-looking cover that communicates growth, momentum, discipline, and personal transformation while appealing to readers in the productivity and personal development space. The project also includes the front cover, back cover, spine, ebook version, print-ready files, and editable source files. I would like to see 2 to 3 initial cover concepts before moving forward with the final design. Creative input is encouraged, and I'm looking for someone who understands typography, visual hierarchy, and how to create a cover that stands out while remaining professional and marketable.
