Creative CDL Driver Recruiter (Ongoing) - Must Source Beyond Job Boards

We're a transportation company looking for an experienced recruiter to help us hire qualified CDL drivers on a consistent basis. This starts as a project-based engagement, but there is real long-term potential for the right person. We'd rather find one great recruiter and keep them busy than churn through many. Important: We'll share full details about our company, routes, pay structure, and driver requirements during the interview stage. For now, we're focused on finding the right recruiting partner. What you'll do Source, screen, and deliver qualified CDL drivers who match the criteria we provide Build and manage a pipeline of candidates so we always have applicants in the funnel Pre-qualify drivers (license class, endorsements, experience, driving record basics, availability) before passing them to us Keep clear records of outreach, candidate status, and results Who we're looking for Proven experience recruiting CDL / truck drivers (please show results, not just years) A creative sourcing approach — we do NOT just want someone who posts on Indeed and waits. Tell us how you actually find drivers: driver Facebook groups, referral programs, SMS/cold outreach, niche job boards (CDLjobs, TruckersReport, etc.), local networks, targeted ads, and other channels you've used. Strong communication and follow-through, drivers move fast, so speed matters Comfortable working from a set of requirements and reporting back regularly. We're reviewing proposals based on the quality and specificity of your answers, not the lowest bid. Generic copy-paste proposals will be passed over.
