Creative Concept Artist/Illustrator needed for Animated Music Video

We need a concept artist or illustrator to guide the visual development of a short animated music video. The style should be colorful and visually experimental. We are very open to any illustrator with interesting visual style, that would be the center piece of our music video. Our aim is to transition these illustrations into visually compelling cutout 2D animation. The chosen illustrator will be in charge of visual development of the project (character designs, color palette, overall visual style) as well as creating a few main background illustrations. If you already had experience with animation productions, it's definitely a plus.
