Creative Content & Growth Lead — Asia Beauty & Dermaceutical Markets

Creative Content & Growth Lead | Beauty, Skincare & Asia ÉDELSKIN is a commercialisation partner helping premium skincare, dermaceutical, and beauty brands expand across Asia through digital commerce, content creation, and market entry. We are looking for someone who loves creating content and building brands from the ground up. This is NOT a traditional social media manager role. We are looking for someone who can independently transform a product image, ingredient list, scientific claim, founder story, pricing information, or market insight into engaging content that educates, builds trust, and drives commercial growth. You will create content for both ÉDELSKIN and our partner brands across multiple digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat and other relevant channels. Your responsibilities You will own the complete content creation process, including: * Designing social media graphics and carousels * Creating educational skincare and ingredient content * Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) * Creating marketplace and e-commerce assets * Developing presentation and commercial materials * Writing engaging copy in English and Chinese * Publishing and managing social media content * Growing audience engagement and visibility * Monitoring performance and continuously improving content We are looking for someone who creates the work themselves. We do not outsource creative work to agencies or external designers. Essential requirements: * Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) * Strong graphic design skills (Canva is essential) * Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) * Strong copywriting skills * Experience growing social media channels * Experience creating content for beauty, skincare, wellness, healthcare, luxury or consumer brands * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail * Entrepreneurial mindset Experience with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Shopify or Asian digital marketing is highly desirable.
