Creative Content Specialist (Design, Video & Social)

About the Role We are looking for a highly creative, all-rounder content specialist who can handle graphic design, video editing, and social media management. This is not a traditional “just design” role — we want someone who thinks like a content creator and brand builder. You will be working with home service businesses (construction, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and will play a key role in shaping how brands look, feel, and communicate online. If you enjoy creating engaging visuals, editing short-form videos, managing social content, and experimenting with creative ideas, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Creative & Design - Create high-quality graphics for: Social media posts, Ads, Websites and Marketing materials - Maintain brand consistency across platforms. Video Editing - Edit short-form and long-form videos for: Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts - Promotional and marketing videos - Add captions, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics. Social Media Management - Manage and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Help plan content calendars. - Optimize content for engagement and reach. Creative Strategy - Suggest new creative ideas and content formats. - Stay updated with social media trends. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams. - Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who: - Is a creative generalist (not just a designer). - Can handle graphics + video + social media. - Has experience working with home service businesses (preferred). - Is proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven. - Is comfortable working remotely with international teams. Required Skills - Graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) - Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) - Social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) - Strong visual sense and storytelling ability. - Good English communication. Test / Assessment (Mandatory) - As part of the application, please submit: - Links to your best videos you have created/edited. - Portfolio of graphics / social media content. - (Optional but strong plus) Social accounts you’ve managed. We will shortlist candidates based primarily on actual creative work, not just resumes. Location Remote: Open to candidates from South America and other regions Compensation: $750 – $1,500 USD/- per month.
