Summary

We are TeleTest, a Canadian telemedicine platform. We offer simple, fast, private healthcare for Canadians. We are looking for a talented, creative freelance designer to help us elevate our paid social media campaigns with high-converting, visually compelling image ads. The Role & Scope of Work We need creative ad designs tailored specifically for Facebook and Reddit campaigns. For each project cycle, we will provide you with a completed landing page depicting a specific healthcare condition/category (for example: teletest.ca/period-delay, teletest.ca/mens-hrt-renewal/). Your task will be to translate that page's positioning and copy into engaging visual assets. Each landing page launch will require: - 5 distinct creative concepts/designs tailored to the target audience. - Full asset generation: A complete set of variations for each design in all required social media dimensions (e.g., 1:1 square, 9:16 stories/reels, 1200x628 landscape). Primary Focus & Formats - Main Focus: Static Image Ads. - Bonus Formats: we’d love to include 1–2 dynamic formats (like short-form video or slideshow carousels) per landing page. To be clear: we are not looking for expensive, high-production viral masterpieces. For example: simple text-on-screen animations, kinetic typography, AI-generated talking-head videos are all fine to test as long as they are clean/polished. The Feedback Loop We work collaboratively. For each batch, we’ll look at the 5 initial concepts and provide clear, consolidated feedback. If any of the designs isn’t hitting the mark, we’ll expect 1-2 rounds of revisions to tweak or replace it before you generate the final asset sizes. What We’re Looking For - Platform Expertise: Proven track record of designing high-performing ads for Facebook/Instagram and Reddit (understanding Reddit’s unique, less-"ad-y" aesthetic is a major plus). - (Optional) DTC Experience: Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing or Healthcare/Healthtech advertising - Efficiency: Ability to take a landing page, marketing positioning and brand guidelines and run with them independently.
