AI Creative Designer - Emails & Meta Ads (Dog Brand)

We're a premium Aussie dog brand with a big following and a small team, growing month on month. We're after a seriously good creative designer to own the visuals that sell. The stuff that stops the scroll and makes people buy. WHAT YOU'LL DO AI is at the heart of this role. A big chunk of the job right now is using AI tools to generate scroll-stopping images. Dogs with our products, fresh scenes, creative concepts for emails and Meta ads. You take an idea and turn it into something that looks unreal and actually converts. Mostly you'll be making: High-converting email designs Meta ad statics that hook attention Fresh AI-generated scenes and concepts, on brand every time This isn't just about making things look pretty. We need someone who gets the psychology of why creative converts. The hook, the format, the reason it works. Nice-looking isn't enough. It has to perform. WHAT WE'RE AFTER A high-level graphic designer with a strong portfolio Fluent with AI image tools like Higgsfield and Midjourney. This is the core of the job Experienced with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and the like Experienced in content that sells, not just content that looks good Knows Meta ad formats and what makes people stop and click Fast. High-quality work on tight timelines A perfectionist on quality A genuine dog lover Actually experienced. This isn't entry level BONUS POINTS If you can also do packaging design and mock up product ideas, even better. I'd happily throw that work your way too. Not essential, but a big plus.
