Creative Designer (Video Editing, Motion Graphics & Graphic Design) We're Better Voice, a fast-growing e-commerce brand that helps singers, speakers, and performers improve their voices through our vocal training device. We're looking for a talented creative designer to become a long-term freelance partner. We produce a steady stream of content for paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, and our website, and we're looking for someone who can help bring new creative ideas to life. What you'll be working on Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Create high-converting paid social ads Design static image ads Create motion graphics and product explainer animations Design graphics for email marketing and our website Create graphics for new product launches and marketing campaigns Occasionally repurpose existing content into new creative formats We're looking for someone who... Has exceptional design taste and attention to detail Understands pacing, storytelling, and hooks for short-form content Has experience creating content for consumer brands (DTC/e-commerce preferred) Is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Can work independently while communicating clearly Is interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing brand Bonus if you have experience with Meta advertising creatives UGC editing Motion graphics Product marketing Figma or Illustrator How we work We're always testing new creative ideas. Some projects may involve editing customer testimonials, while others may be entirely new campaigns or product explainers. We value creativity, clear communication, reliability, and someone who enjoys improving ideas rather than simply executing instructions. Trial Project We'll invite a small number of finalists to complete a paid creative test before selecting someone for an ongoing freelance partnership. To apply: 1.
