**Creative Designer & Video Editor (Full-Time | Long-Term)** We're looking for a talented creative designer and video editor to join our growing healthcare e-commerce company on a long-term basis. This isn't a one-off freelance project. We're looking for someone who wants to become part of the team and work closely with the founder to continuously create and improve marketing creatives across our brands. Our products are sold internationally, and we're constantly launching new products, testing new ideas and improving our customer experience. Because of this, we need someone who can work quickly, think creatively and produce high-quality work without needing constant direction. The role will involve mainly editing UGC footage into polished promotional videos, create short-form videos and develop engaging visual content that helps customers understand our products. But can also be creating product listing graphics, educational infographics, comparison images, lifestyle composites, promotional banners, storefront graphics, website graphics and marketing materials. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled in Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar software. Experience with Figma and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a big advantage, as we actively use AI to speed up our creative workflow. You need an excellent eye for design, strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, premium-looking creatives that help increase conversions. Communication is extremely important to us. We're looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, organised and enjoys taking ownership of their work. We'd much rather hire someone for years than constantly replace freelancers every few months.
