Creative Designer for B2B SaaS Ad Agency - Part Time/Contract

Hi! We're a paid ads agency looking for a creative designer to join our team. If you get excited about making killer ads that convince great leads to convert this is the right job for you! We take our work extremely seriously. This isn't an entry role. We're looking for a candidate with a catalogue of really high level creatives and experience on multiple ad platforms, specifically for B2B SaaS companies, our main niche. For now we're looking for part time/contract work for now and expectation would be same day or next day turnaround for most items. We're open to full-time down the line. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years experience designing image ad creatives for B2B SaaS - At least 1 years experience designing creatives for LinkedIn Ads - Experience making image ad creatives for Reddit Ads - Experience making image ad creatives for Google Ads - Experience making image ad creatives for Meta Ads - Experience creating PDFs - Experience building A/B tests - Must provide examples of ad creatives designed for B2B SaaS companies in your response (this is required) - Must be available on Slack between 9-5 EST - Extremely strong understanding of typography and color theory Skills/Scope of Work - Attention to detail is a must. - Familiarity with and attention to how the ads look in-platform - Experience testing UX and design features BONUSES: - Experience creating video ad creatives - Experience editing YouTube videos - Experience with landing page design - Experience with landing page development - Experience writing ad copy for creatives - Native English speaker - Website copywriting skills - Experience designing ebooks and ad creatives for B2B clients - Experience setting up tracking on landing pages and in Unbounce - Building landing pages in the real estate industry Compensation & Perks Compensation will vary depending on experience.
