Summary

We are a behavioral health marketing agency looking for a part-time international ad creative / design production specialist. We help clinics grow specialized treatment programs, including TMS, Spravato/esketamine, ketamine, psychiatry, IV ketamine, and related mental health services. This role is focused on **design work**, not media buying. We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can quickly create polished ad creative, Canva graphics, pitch deck updates, social assets, and other marketing materials based on briefs from our team. You do not need to manage Meta Ads campaigns, set up audiences, optimize budgets, or run reporting. We have other team members for strategy and performance. However, experience designing creative for Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads is strongly preferred. The right person should be able to take a client brief, understand the client’s service, audience, brand, and offer, then create design assets that feel specific, polished, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. We are specifically looking for someone who is AI-native and can move quickly. We do not want someone who needs several days to manually create a few basic design concepts. The right person should be comfortable using AI tools, Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, client assets, public-facing brand materials, and marketing strategy to create strong creative efficiently. You may be given: * Client website * Brand assets, colors, logo, and messaging * Campaign strategy notes * Service line being advertised * Patient audience and conversion goal * Examples of previous ads * Provider/clinic information * Images from the clinic, providers, website, social media, or other public-facing sources * Existing pitch decks, Canva files, or design templates that need to be improved What we need you to create: * Static ad creative concepts for Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms * Canva graphics and quick design assets * Pitch deck updates and presentation design improvements * Social media graphics * Hook-driven creative variations * Patient-focused visual concepts * Designs that match the client’s brand while still looking performance-oriented * Simple explanation of your design decisions when needed This is not just a “make it look nice” role. We need someone who understands that design has to communicate quickly, build trust, and make the right person want to take the next step. Ideal skills: * Graphic design * Social media ad design * Canva * Presentation design * Static ad creative * AI-assisted creative production * Strong visual design taste * Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools * Ability to create multiple creative directions quickly * Ability to write or refine short ad hooks/headlines * Experience with healthcare, wellness, mental health, med spa, dental, or local service marketing is a plus Important: speed and creative judgment matter. We are not expecting perfection in the first draft, but we need someone who can produce strong, usable design concepts quickly. A big part of this role is using AI and modern tools to create better creative faster than a traditional design process. Paid trial: Shortlisted candidates will be hired for a small paid trial before ongoing work. The trial will be limited to 3–5 hours and will use a specific clinic brief. We will ask you to create a set of design assets for a real client campaign. For the trial, we may ask for: * 5–8 static ad concepts * Multiple creative angles/hooks * A few different visual directions * A simple Canva or Figma file we can review * Short explanation of your workflow and design decisions We are evaluating: * Visual quality * Speed of execution * Ability to follow a brief * Strength of hooks and messaging * Ability to make the designs feel specific to the client * Taste and polish * Ability to use AI/tools efficiently * Ability to create multiple distinct concepts, not just small variations of the same idea Strong performers may be hired for ongoing part-time work, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role with our agency.
