AI Creative Designer for Streetwear Brands

We run paid ads for streetwear clothing brands. Our bottleneck right now is creative output - not strategy. We already have the market research, the offers, the angles, and the AI systems built out (Claude, Higgsfield AI, and more). What we're missing is a human eye. Someone who takes what we've already built and turns it into ad creatives that actually look good and convert. That's the job. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Produce AI-generated ad creatives (image + video) for streetwear brands, daily - Work from the research, offers, and angles we hand you - you're never starting from a blank page - Proofread every word on every creative. Zero typos, zero grammar mistakes. This is non-negotiable - Iterate on creatives based on what's performing - Keep the creative queue full so our team always has fresh assets to launch WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Perfect written English. You should catch a grammar mistake in someone else's copy without being asked to look for it - Already using AI tools daily - Claude, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Nano Banana, whatever your stack is. If you are not already AI-forward, this role is not for you - A real eye for design and streetwear/fashion aesthetics - Familiar with how paid ads work (Meta especially). You don't have to run them, but you need to understand WHY a creative works - Willing to learn new tools fast. Our stack changes often - Full time: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday HOURS I'm not picky about what time of day you work. The only rule: when our team wakes up, the creatives are done and waiting. PAY $1,000 - $1,500 USD per month, based on how good you actually are. If you're excellent, you start at the top of that range and it grows from there. HOW TO APPLY Reply with: 1.
