Website - www.isra.co.in We are seeking a creative designer to enhance ISRA's visual identity across digital and print formats. This role is focused on design and not production, requiring a strong sense of visual storytelling and branding. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating cohesive visual identities and a portfolio showcasing their work in this area. Role details: Role Type Part-time, project-based Location Remote with occasional in-person review sessions (Mumbai) Experience 2–4 years in brand design, marketing design, or content design What you will work on: Social Media Creatives — Instagram posts, carousels, and story templates in Sneha's voice and ISRA's brand palette — LinkedIn graphics for thought leadership content — Reel cover thumbnails and visual templates Marketing and Campaign Materials — Webinar promotional creatives — emails, WhatsApp banners, landing page visuals — Event collateral — HYL Teacher Training, Coach Training, retreats — Product one-pagers, brochures, and leave-behind documents — Email header graphics and newsletter layouts Brand and Presentation Assets — PowerPoint and Canva presentation templates — Workbooks, workshop participant handouts, and facilitation kits — Postcards, physical collateral, and event materials — Website visual assets and banner updates WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Essential skills and experience: — Strong command of Canva Pro — this is our primary design tool — Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for more complex assets — Ability to work within a defined brand guide without drifting into personal style — Strong typography sensibility — clean, readable, purposeful — Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, and email — Ability to take a written brief and produce design options without extensive back-and-forth — Strong attention to detail — correct fonts, correct hex codes, no spelling errors, formatting — Ability to deliver on time, every time Good to have: — Experience with Figma for layout work — Basic video editing for social media reels (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) — Experience working with coaches, educators, or personal development brands — Familiarity with AI tools for design ideation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
