AI Creative Designer for Weekly High-Performing Meta Ad Creatives (Ongoing)

HEY!! We are looking for a talented AI Creative Designer to produce a constant flow of high-quality ad creatives for our DTC brand, Keggy. Keggy is a new portable Keg system which keeps drinks ice-cold and perfectly carbonated wherever you go, we've launched recently with huge success and are looking to bring someone on who can help with weekly consistent AMAZING creative which looks cool but drives clicks and sales. This is an ongoing role. Each week, you'll create fresh static ad concepts for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with occasional light-motion or animated variations. We're not looking for a traditional graphic designer. We want someone who understands direct-response advertising and can use AI tools to rapidly generate, test, and iterate on new creative angles. Responsibilities: * Create multiple new ad concepts each week * Produce high-quality static image ads for Meta * Occasionally create simple motion/animated versions * Use AI tools to generate unique visuals and concepts * Follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas weekly (in collaboration with our marketing manager) * Create creatives designed to drive clicks, engagement, and sales Requirements: * Strong experience creating high-performing social media ads * Proficiency with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, etc.) * Understanding of direct-response and performance marketing * Ability to work quickly and consistently * Strong portfolio showing ad creatives, not just graphic design work To apply: Please send examples of ad creatives you've created, the AI tools you use!
