Creative Director / Art Director (Corporate Gifting – UAE)

We are a UAE-based corporate gifting company specializing in premium, high-end gifting solutions for corporate clients, executive gifting, and institutional partnerships. We are looking for a Creative Director / Art Director who can go beyond execution and help us define the core visual and narrative direction for campaigns and seasonal moments. About the Role We are looking for someone who can develop a complete visual concept for key corporate gifting occasions and campaigns, including: A clear creative narrative and thematic direction Defined visual language, mood, and atmosphere A strong foundation that internal teams (marketing, social media, sales, and design) can build upon A single hero visual artwork that captures and defines the entire concept This hero visual will act as the anchor piece for the campaign, setting the tone for all downstream content creation. What You Will Be Responsible For Developing seasonal and campaign-based creative concepts for corporate gifting moments (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, year-end corporate gifting, VIP onboarding, executive appreciation, etc.) Translating strategic objectives into a cohesive visual storytelling direction Creating a hero key visual (KV) that defines the campaign identity Establishing moodboards, visual systems, and creative guidelines for internal teams Providing a clear creative foundation for: Social media content creation Marketing campaigns Sales presentations and client pitches Ensuring all creative direction aligns with a premium corporate B2B positioning Working in advance of key seasonal moments (typically 1–3 months ahead)
