Creative Director (DTC / Performance Creative)

About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and scale high-performing creative across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance, with a strong focus on paid social (Meta) and conversion-driven content. You will own the creative vision end-to-end — from ideation to execution, ensuring all assets are built to convert, especially for products that require deeper customer education and stronger persuasion. Key Responsibilities • Own and define the creative strategy across paid social and digital channels • Lead ideation and concept development for ad creatives (UGC, static, video, hooks, angles) • Work closely with media buyers to drive performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) • Guide and mentor designers, video editors, and content creators • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data • Ensure strong and consistent messaging across all touchpoints with a focus on conversion • Translate product positioning into clear, compelling creative angles • Stay ahead of DTC trends, competitor strategies, and platform best practices Requirements • 4+ years of experience in a Creative Director or Senior Creative role • Strong experience working with DTC brands (non-fashion, non-cosmetics preferred) • Experience with products that require stronger education, trust-building, and persuasion • Proven track record of building high-converting creatives for Meta • Experience managing and scaling campaigns with $10M+ total ad spend • Deep understanding of performance marketing and paid social funnels • Hands-on experience working with UGC creators and performance content • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance outcomes • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) Nice to Have • Experience scaling DTC brands from 0 to 7/8 figures What We Offer • Opportunity to work on fast-scaling DTC brands across multiple verticals • High ownership and direct impact on performance • Fast-paced, execution-focused environment • Long-term collaboration Working Setup • Full-time role • Remote • CET time zone alignment required
