AI Creative Director / Performance Creative Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative, AI-native designer who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives for consumer brands across Meta, TikTok, and emerging social platforms. This person understands both branding and performance marketing. They know how to use AI tools to generate realistic, high-converting imagery, video concepts, and ad assets that look authentic—not obviously AI-generated. You will be responsible for helping consumer brands create winning creative concepts that drive clicks, engagement, and sales. What You’ll Do * Create static image ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms * Generate realistic lifestyle imagery using AI tools * Develop creative concepts and ad angles for direct-to-consumer brands * Create UGC-style visuals and performance creatives * Produce multiple creative variations for testing * Build product-focused and lifestyle-focused ad campaigns * Create creative assets for landing pages, emails, and social media * Stay current on emerging AI creative tools and workflows * Analyze winning ads and recreate concepts using AI * Collaborate with growth marketers and media buyers to improve performance What Success Looks Like * Consistently producing new creative concepts every week * Delivering creatives that improve CTR, ROAS, and CPA * Generating AI imagery that is indistinguishable from traditional photography * Creating assets that help brands scale spend on Meta and TikTok * Building repeatable creative systems using AI
