Creative Director / Visual Content Producer – Premium Skincare Website Rebuild [Immediate Start]

Dr Mayson’s Skincare is looking for a highly creative, commercially minded Creative Director / Visual Content Producer to help shape and produce the visual content for our new Shopify website build. This is not a strategy-only or mood-board-only role. We need someone who can provide both: • Creative direction — defining the visual direction, image style, website look and feel, and brand presentation • Creative production — creating, sourcing, editing, generating or assembling the actual imagery, video concepts and visual assets our Shopify developer can use in the new website build Our new Shopify website build is due to commence on 13 July, so the priority is to provide the website developer with a clear, premium, distinctive and usable visual asset pack. About the Brand Dr Mayson’s Skincare is a doctor-designed, results-driven skincare brand built around structured 3-Phase Programs originally prescribed in-clinic. The brand needs to feel: • premium and credible • doctor-led but not cold or overly medical • distinctive and not like every other skincare brand • polished, elegant and commercially persuasive • suitable for beauty/skincare consumers while retaining clinical authority We are looking for someone who can elevate the visual presentation of the brand and create website imagery that helps communicate trust, results, simplicity and desirability. What We Need We are looking for someone who can create and/or supply visual assets for the new website, including some or all of the following: • homepage hero banner imagery/concepts • Skin Rejuvenation Program website imagery • Anti-Acne Program website imagery • product/program image compositions • product photography direction and/or mock-ups • model/lifestyle imagery direction and/or sourced/generated options • website section visuals that can be handed to the developer • desktop and mobile image crops • before-and-after image presentation direction • founder/doctor credibility section visuals • science/glycolic acid education section visuals • campaign-style website visuals • UGC/video creative concepts • short video/reel direction or production guidance • image sourcing, AI image generation, editing, retouching or compositing where appropriate • a practical visual asset pack for the Shopify developer The goal is for the website developer to receive clear, usable visual material — not simply abstract direction. Deliverables May Include Depending on your skills and proposed scope, deliverables may include: • website visual direction board • homepage hero/banner concepts • final or mock-up website-ready images • Canva, Figma, PSD, PDF, PNG or JPG files • desktop and mobile versions of key visuals • image style guide for the developer • product/program image compositions • photography or AI image briefs • sourced image options • video/UGC creative concepts • website section-by-section visual recommendations • asset handover pack for the Shopify developer Important Please only apply if you can go beyond high-level “creative direction” and are able to produce, assemble, source, edit or generate visual assets suitable for a website build. In your response, please include: 1. Your relevant experience with skincare, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics or premium e-commerce brands. 2. Examples of website imagery, campaign visuals, product visuals or brand imagery you personally created or directed. 3. A clear explanation of your role in the portfolio examples provided. 4. Whether you personally produce final assets, or whether you only provide direction. 5. What software/tools you use — for example Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI image tools, video editing tools, etc. 6. Whether you can create desktop and mobile-ready visuals. 7. Whether you can provide assets suitable for direct handover to a Shopify developer. 8. Your recommended first-stage scope, timeframe and cost. 9. What would be included and what would be excluded. 10. Whether you would be open to completing a small concept stage before we commit to a larger scope. We are looking for someone with excellent taste, creative originality, strong commercial awareness and the practical ability to produce high-quality website visuals — not just advise on them. This project may suit a creative director, brand designer, art director, visual content producer or senior designer who is comfortable both directing and creating.
