Creative Director for Ecommerce Brand

Who We Are We're a design-driven ecommerce brand built on artist collaboration. Our collections feature original artwork from creators around the world, and everything we do -- from product to packaging to pixels -- reflects that creative DNA. We're growing, and we need someone who can own the creative vision end to end. The Role We're looking for a Creative Director who is equal parts taste-maker, project manager, and hands-on designer. You'll be the creative backbone of the brand -- shaping how it looks, feels, and grows. That means working closely with artists globally to source and curate new collaborations, while also rolling up your sleeves to produce the actual work: collection layouts, website assets, email flows, packaging, banners, and everything in between. This is not a "delegate and approve" role. You'll be in the files. What You'll Own Brand identity and visual direction across all touchpoints Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new artists for upcoming collections Curating collections from concept through final deliverables Designing and producing assets for the website, banners, newsletters, and email flows Packaging design and print-ready file prep Managing and maintaining brand consistency across all channels Collaborating with the team on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops What You Bring A strong portfolio that shows both brand-level thinking and execution-level skill Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma -- you move fluidly between all three Experience working with independent artists or running artist collaboration programs A genuine eye for design and an understanding of what sells in ecommerce Strong communication skills -- you'll be working with artists across different time zones and cultures The ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms Who Thrives Here Someone who gets excited by a blank canvas but also knows how to work fast and ship. You care about craft but you're not precious. You can give a designer feedback or be the designer.
