What You'll Do 🎥 Video Editing Turn UGC, founder content, and testimonials into engaging video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Create fast-paced edits with strong hooks, captions, and retention-focused storytelling. 🎨 Static Design Design high-converting static ads, carousels, and creative variations from scratch. 📈 Performance Optimization Build creatives with conversion in mind, using proven direct-response principles. 🤝 Collaboration Work closely with media buyers to test new concepts, iterate on winners, and scale successful angles. What We're Looking For ✅ Strong Portfolio Experience creating both paid social video ads and static creatives. 🧠 Direct-Response Understanding You understand hooks, retention, visual hierarchy, and consumer psychology. 🛠️ Tools Comfortable with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. 🌎 Logistics Fluent in English. Reliable internet connection. Available to overlap between 12 PM – 4 PM EST (Mon–Fri).
