We're now looking for an exceptional **Creative Director – Marketing & Funnels** who combines outstanding graphic design skills with a deep understanding of marketing psychology, customer journeys, conversion, AI and customer experience. This is not a traditional graphic design role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, create beautifully, market intelligently, and execute efficiently. Someone who understands that great design isn't simply about making things look good. It's about making people feel something, take action, and move towards transformation. --- # THE OPPORTUNITY This isn't simply a design role. You will work directly with the founders to help shape the visual identity, marketing campaigns, educational assets, customer experiences, launches, events, funnels and overall brand experience across multiple businesses and projects. And marketing that converts but looks terrible isn't our brand. --- # KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ## Funnel & Landing Page Design You will: * Design world-class landing pages and sales funnels * Create webinar registration pages * Build application funnels * Design VSL funnels * Create event sales pages * Design upsell and cross-sell funnels * Build nurture experiences * Improve conversion rates through design and testing * Create compelling customer journeys * Develop strategic customer experiences from first impression through to sale --- ## Graphic Design & Creative Production You will create: * Social media graphics * Carousels * Ads * Email graphics * Presentation slides * Event branding * Workshop materials * Course graphics * Student resources * Lead magnets * PDF downloads * Workbooks * Promotional campaigns * Print materials * Visual brand assets * Sales assets * Marketing collateral --- ## Course & Educational Design You will help create: * Premium online course experiences * Learning assets * Worksheets * Workbooks * Resource guides * Educational presentations * Interactive learning materials * Student implementation tools * Visual learning systems --- ## Website & Funnel Optimisation You will: * Audit existing websites and funnels * Improve customer journeys * Increase conversions * Simplify user experience * Improve mobile optimisation * Implement split-testing opportunities * Analyse campaign performance * Recommend strategic improvements --- ## Web Development & Implementation While this is primarily a creative marketing and design role, hands-on web development and implementation skills are a major advantage. You will ideally have experience with: * Building and editing websites in Go High Level * Designing and implementing landing pages, websites and customer journeys * Creating responsive, conversion-focused user experiences * Website optimisation and performance improvements * Basic front-end web skills (HTML/CSS knowledge advantageous) * Implementing creative concepts rather than simply designing them ### Highly Desirable (But Not Essential) Experience with: * WordPress website design and development * Theme customisation and page builders * Website audits and optimisation * Integrating websites with marketing and CRM platforms We recognise that exceptional creative and strategic marketing talent is rare. You should have experience using, experimenting with, or rapidly learning AI-powered tools and platforms across areas such as: * Graphic design and creative generation * Copywriting and marketing ideation * Image creation and editing * Video editing and content production * Presentation and document creation * Workflow automation * Research and strategy development * Funnel and marketing optimisation You do not need to know every AI tool available. However, you must be someone who actively explores new technologies, stays ahead of emerging trends, and leverages AI to create better, faster and more effective outcomes.
