Creative Marketing Lead - AI Brand Content & Social (Multi-Brand Ecommerce)

We're a fast-growing ecommerce company that builds and tests a new brand every single week. We need ONE creative all-rounder to own everything our customers see: the brand, the imagery, and the social. This demands high creativity AND a high work rate. Because we launch a new brand weekly, consistent output and reliability are non-negotiable: when a deadline is set, you hit it. This is serious work, not a casual gig. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Build the full visual brand for each new store: AI brand imagery, consistent AI avatars/models, palette, the whole look • Write and troubleshoot the AI image prompts our team uses to mass-produce high-quality product images. You own the quality bar • Research competitors (Meta Ad Library + their stores) and turn the best ideas into our next brand • Create, run, and warm up our brand social pages • Curate product collections with real instinct for what our customers actually buy YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU • Have a strong eye for aesthetics and brand vision. You can tell good from bad, premium from cheap, at a glance • Have built AI creative content for real DTC / ecommerce brands (show live examples you personally made) • Are strong with AI image tools, and can keep one avatar/model consistent across a whole set, not just one lucky render • Are comfortable in Shopify (products, collections, basic store setup) • Know how to do competitor research and turn it into sharper creative • Have taste. You can tell "cheap" from "premium" at a glance • Are CRITICAL and a PERFECTIONIST. You won't let anything mediocre go live • Are proactive, hit deadlines, communicate clearly in English REQUIREMENTS • An AGED Facebook account in good standing (for creating + warming brand pages) • Available for consistent weekly deadlines • Bonus: Klaviyo, Claude Code, Shopify theme code THE DEAL Full-time, long-term. starting salary: 16 to 22 USD/hr, re-reviewed after 6 months based on performance. We start with a small PAID test project, then move to monthly full-time.
