Creative Partner / Visual Director – HECTIC

HECTIC is a Dubai-based clothing brand building more than collections—we're building a world. We're looking for a long-term Creative Partner / Visual Director to help shape the visual identity of HECTIC through cinematic storytelling, fashion films, and engaging short-form content. This isn't a one-off project. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand and become part of its journey. Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly content shoot days. Film campaign films, editorials, product content, and lifestyle content. Create high-retention Instagram & TikTok Reels. Produce content for organic social media and paid ads. Work directly with the founder to translate creative concepts into compelling visuals. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content. We're looking for someone who: Has experience filming fashion, lifestyle, or commercial campaigns. Has exceptional taste in composition, lighting, and storytelling. Understands premium fashion aesthetics. Knows how to create both cinematic brand films and fast-paced, scroll-stopping social content. Is comfortable directing models and creating natural moments. Is based in Dubai (preferred). Is interested in a long-term collaboration rather than one-off projects. Bonus if you have experience with: Editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. Color grading. Creative direction. Social-first storytelling. Building visual identities for brands. Equipment You may use your own equipment, or our Canon EOS R8 where appropriate.
