Creative Partner – Brand, Web & Visual Systems (Long-Term Collaboration) Role Overview: We are looking for a Creative Partner to help develop companies from A–Z — from brand identity and visual systems, to websites, stationery, uniforms, merchandise, packaging, print, and social media assets. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys building complete, scalable brand ecosystems, not just individual assets. You will work across multiple companies and industries, applying structured design systems that can be consistently executed, replicated, and adapted. Scope & Flexibility Disclaimer: While this outline provides a comprehensive view of the types of assets we commonly develop, actual design deliverables will vary from client to client, industry to industry, and based on specific business needs. Not every project will require every asset listed. This framework is intended to communicate the range, depth, and flexibility of the creative work involved—not to serve as a rigid checklist. This is not a one-off engagement. We are intentionally seeking a long-term creative partner for ongoing work, steady project volume, and performance-based incentives. Scope of Work Phase 1 – Brand Identity Logo design (primary and secondary variations) Brand color palette with full specifications, including: HEX RGB CMYK Pantone (PMS) Typography selection with clearly defined hierarchy (headlines, subheadings, body text) Brand system rules, including: Primary vs secondary color usage Font hierarchy and spacing Do’s & Don’ts for logo and brand use Brand guidelines documentation Brand identities must be suitable for: Websites and apps Digital marketing Print, packaging, merchandise, and operational use Phase 1 – Stationery, Merchandise & Brand Applications (All assets must include digital mockups and be delivered print-ready & production-ready) Core Business Stationery Business card Letterhead (print + digital) Invoice / estimate template Envelope design Notepad / memo pad Marketing, Print & Promotional Materials Flyers Posters Pull-up / roll-up banners Brochures Stickers Food, Retail & Packaging Applications Napkins Take-out containers Cups Product labels (various sizes and formats) Custom branded boxes (packaging) Shopping / take-out bags Company Uniform (Internal Use) Uniforms designed for staff and internal brand representation: Shirt Hat Hoodie Crewneck Uniforms should prioritize clarity, professionalism, and consistency. Merchandise Apparel (Public-Facing / Retail) Merchandise designed for sale to the general public, clearly differentiated from company uniforms: Shirt Crewneck Hoodie Tote bag Hat Merchandise should be: Cheeky, marketable, and culturally relevant Distinct from internal uniforms Designed to build brand awareness and desirability Suitable for online and in-person retail Vehicle & Environmental Branding Vehicle design / vehicle wrap layouts Brand-ready and scalable to different vehicle types Digital & Online Brand Assets Email signature Social media & digital stationery, including: Profile image Cover / banner image Branded post template(s) Basic icon set / UI elements: Consistent visual style 5–10 reusable icons suitable for web, app, and print App Visual Branding App visual branding (basic brand application only — not full UX/UI) Includes color usage, typography application, and icon consistency Phase 2 – Website Design, build, and onboarding of a brand-cohesive Wix website template. Websites typically include: Landing page Services About Portfolio / work Contact or consultation booking Websites must be: Fully editable by non-designers Responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile Built using Wix best practices (no unnecessary hard-coding) You will be added as a Wix collaborator to onboard and implement templates and ensure full functionality. Budget, Timeline & Compensation Flat project fee per client: $400 USD Quarterly performance bonuses available, based on quality, consistency, communication, and delivery Standard timeline per client: Up to 3 weeks production 1-week buffer for revisions, onboarding, refinements, and personal time Workload & Capacity Expectations Ability to handle 1–3 projects per 3-week production cycle With buffer time, this equates to approximately 1–3 projects per month Strong organization and time management across parallel projects required Project Requirements & Deliverables Ownership & Source Files Full ownership of final deliverables transfers upon payment Editable source files required, including: AI / EPS / SVG (logos & vectors) PSD / AI / INDD (layouts) Wix site access or duplication rights Print & Production Standards All physical assets must be print-ready and production-ready Files must include bleed, trim, safe zones, and die-lines where applicable Required formats (as applicable): PDF (print-ready) PNG (high-resolution, transparent) DST (for embroidery and apparel) Accessibility & Usability Designs must meet baseline accessibility standards: Appropriate color contrast Legible font sizes Mobile responsiveness for web assets Revisions & Change Management Up to 3 revisions per design asset included Additional revisions must be approved in advance and scheduled into future cycles or billed separately Quality Control & Final Acceptance Formal quality control review required before final delivery Final handoff must confirm: Correct files and formats Accurate color specifications Print & production readiness Fully functional Wix pages, forms, and booking tools Alignment with brand system rules Communication Standards Professional, prompt, and transparent communication Always act in the client’s best interest Reliability and follow-through are non-negotiable Final Presentation & Pitch Deck Final presentation / pitch deck required for brand and website delivery Must align with our branding without limiting creative presentation structure Our brand guide will be provided Designers encouraged to bring their own presentation approach while maintaining cohesion Decks reused for internal and client-facing presentations and must be polished and professional Stock Assets & Imagery Any stock images, mockups, or visual assets may be used Assets may be free or paid, provided they are cleared for commercial use No restrictions on sources as long as licensing is valid File Delivery & Handoff All deliverables uploaded to a shared OneDrive folder Files must be: Clearly organized Logically named Easy to navigate for internal teams and clients Long-Term Partnership We are seeking a true creative partner, not just a contractor. This system will be deployed across multiple companies and industries, and we’re looking for someone who can maintain consistent quality, structure, and execution at scale.
