We are looking for a talented Performance Ad Creative Specialist to create high-converting short-form video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Deliverables 3 videos (different form) for 3 different channels - 30 seconds each The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing, UGC-style content, hooks, storytelling, and ad creative optimization. You should be able to take product information, customer reviews, and brand assets and turn them into engaging ads designed to drive sales and conversions.
