Creative Performance Video Editor Fashion (+ AI UGC)

We're looking for a direct response video editor that wants to win. Someone that wants to become an important part of scaling our brand. Our brand is focused around selling denim to curvy women, we have a real brand with real products. We've already validated the market in Europe and are now doubling down on the USA market, where we're seeing early signals with AI UGC and believe there's a massive opportunity ahead. We're looking for someone that gets excited by making & finding winning ads, scaling them, and helping build a category-leading brand with a strong team. You'll work closely with the founder and team, have a lot of freedom, and be rewarded when your creatives help drive growth. You'll get access to everything you need to make these ads: Photoshoots, Influencer content, UGC, AI UGC, Current winning ads etc Your job is simple: Figure out what's working and make more of it. If a hook works, make 10 new versions. If an angle works, find 5 new ways to present it. If a creator works, squeeze every possible variation out of it. We're not looking for someone that simply edits footage. We're looking for someone that can take a pile of content and turn it into a creative testing machine. The ideal candidate for this job post: - Takes ownership - Doesn't wait for instructions - Understands performance marketing - Wants to WIN - Wants to share in the upside when the brand grows I don't want to micromanage someone. I want someone that can come back and say: "These are the next 5 concepts I made based on XYZ" Compensation is fixed + performance based.
