Creative Producer / Creative Director – Short-Form Storytelling

We're looking for a Creative Director or Producer with experience developing and producing short-form video conten that people actually want to watch—not traditional social media posts. This is a creative role focused on building a recognizable content series through humor, satire, and psychological realism. Think relatable, story-driven videos that reflect everyday human behavior and emotions in a way that feels authentic, entertaining, and memorable. What we're looking for: Help develop original content concepts Write short scripts (20–45 second videos) Create recurring content series Plan shots/storyboards and direct the creative vision. Film content yourself or coordinate production if needed Edit polished videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Deliver 4 high-quality videos per month Ideal Experience: Creative direction for short-form video. Comedy, satire, or observational storytelling. Character-driven or skit-based content. Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention. Portfolio demonstrating original concepts, not just editing or social media management. Trial Project: We'll begin with a paid trial project to develop and produce one short-form video concept.
