Creative Producer & Generalist

CREATIVE PRODUCER & GENERALIST — SCRIPTS, DESIGN, AI & CREATOR OPS (PART-TIME, LONG-TERM) ABOUT US We're a performance creative agency producing high-volume ad creative for DTC and e-commerce brands. We move fast, work from clear systems and templates, and care about taste. We're looking for one person who sits at the center of our creative production: part producer, part maker. You'll coordinate the chain (briefing editors, managing creators and contracts, keeping every asset in its place) and you'll also make things yourself (scripts, storyboards, design, and ideally AI images and video). This is not a pure admin role. It's for someone who genuinely enjoys both organizing the work and creating it, and does both well. This is an ongoing, long-term role for a true generalist who likes doing a bit of everything. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Creator communication: Send and reply to messages with the creators and freelancers we work with (outreach, follow-ups, light negotiation), following our tone and existing scripts. - Contracts: Draft and adapt agreements (UGC, creator, freelance) from our existing templates, updating the right fields and flagging anything that needs attention. - Design in Canva: Create and modify static assets, social content, and ad variations from existing layouts. We're not asking you to invent a brand from scratch, but you should have a good eye and clean execution. - Ad scripts & storyboards: Write scripts for our ads and turn them into clear storyboards that map out each shot and beat for the video team. - Footage selection & QA: Pull the right material from our raw footage, choose the rushes we want to use for the edit, and check that everything we hand over actually matches the storyboard before it goes into edition. - Briefing the editor: Give our video editor clear, complete briefs so they have exactly what they need to deliver the right cut the first time. - AI generation (a strong plus): Generate images and video with AI tools (image: Midjourney, Flux, Firefly; video: Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo) and assemble them into usable content. If you already do this, great. If not, we're happy to train someone keen to learn it fast, and we can lean on a specialist for heavier AI work. - Writing: Captions, briefs, and general copy. Clear, correct, and on-brand. - Keeping everything in order: Make sure contracts, raw footage, assets, and files are always saved, named, and filed in the right place, so anyone on the team can find what they need without having to ask. - General support: Light admin and coordination to keep things moving across clients. WHO YOU ARE - Strong written English. French is a real plus. - A genuine eye for design and good taste, comfortable working in Canva. - Able to think visually and tell a story. You understand how a script becomes a storyboard and then an edit, and you can spot when footage does or doesn't match the plan. - Extremely organized and on top of everything. You keep track of every task, deadline, and conversation, you keep files and assets tidy and findable, and nothing slips through the cracks. - Detail-oriented and reliable. You follow SOPs and templates closely and ask good questions when something isn't clear. - A true multitasker who can switch between writing, design, and admin without losing the thread. - Resourceful and self-directed. We provide internal training and clear systems, but when you hit a quick question, you're the type to look it up yourself (a YouTube tutorial, a quick Google search) before waiting on someone. NICE TO HAVE - AI image and video generation (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, and similar). This is the big plus that turns a strong candidate into an exceptional one. If you don't do it yet but you pick up tools fast, tell us. - Experience with DTC / e-commerce brands, UGC, or creator marketing. - Familiarity with Meta ads creative. - Bilingual French / English. LOGISTICS - Hours: ~5 hours per day, 5 days a week (around 25 hours/week), worked during European business hours. - Type: Long-term, ongoing. Remote. - Training: We provide internal training and documented systems to get you up to speed. - Start: As soon as we find the right fit. HOW TO APPLY Please keep your proposal short and specific. You don't need to have done everything on this list, we care more about real skill in some areas and the ability to learn the rest. 1. Start your message with the word "Factory" so we know you read this fully. 2. Show us your strongest work in two or three of these areas: design, ad scripts or copy, AI-generated images or video, storyboards, or creator/actor coordination you've handled. Pick what you're proud of. We'd rather see your best than one of everything. 3. For anything on this list you haven't done yet, tell us in a sentence how you'd get up to speed. 4. Tell us about one tool or skill you taught yourself recently, and why. We read every application that follows these steps. Looking forward to meeting you.
