Creative Production Coordinator (Remote – Part Time) Location: Remote (Latin America Preferred) Compensation: Starting at $4/hour with performance-based raises and bonuses. About Us We are building a premium event production company focused on corporate experiences, luxury events, live productions, content creation, and future large-scale experiences. Our projects include corporate events, music sessions, business galas, marketing initiatives, and special productions. We are looking for someone who can help turn ideas into organized projects and help us build the future of the company. Position Overview This is NOT a traditional virtual assistant role. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative project coordinator who can help move ideas forward, conduct research, organize information, create timelines, and keep projects progressing. You will work directly with the founder and help transform concepts into actionable plans. Responsibilities * Research venues, vendors, sponsors, speakers, entertainers, and event opportunities. * Organize project timelines and task lists. * Maintain project documentation and planning materials. * Assist in developing event concepts and production ideas. * Coordinate follow-ups with potential partners and vendors. * Prepare reports and project summaries. * Help manage special projects from concept to execution. * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate research and planning. * Participate in weekly planning meetings with leadership. Requirements * Excellent English (written and verbal). * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently. * Experience with Google Workspace. * Comfortable learning new software and systems. * Strong internet connection. * High attention to detail. * Ability to think critically and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in events, marketing, media, hospitality, production, or project management. * Experience using AI tools. * Interest in event production, business, marketing, or entertainment.
