Creative Production Specialist — DTC Personalized Gift Brand

Summary

We run a fast-growing personalized comic brand in Europe (our-comic.com). One core product, proven Meta ad formats, and a custom-built creative pipeline tool that tracks every creative down to hook, angle, format, and live Meta performance metrics. We're not only looking for a video editor. We're looking for someone who thinks in performance, works independently, and owns the creative production loop end to end. What you'll actually do Study our winning creatives and extract what makes them work structurally Produce 10 short-form video variations per week using provided assets (no filming required, all assets supplied) Name and tag every creative correctly in our pipeline tool on upload (strict naming convention, non-negotiable) Monitor post-launch performance via the pipeline dashboard weekly Propose the next batch based on what the data shows, not gut feel Flag creative fatigue before it kills a winning format What good looks like 10 creatives delivered and tagged every week, no exceptions Per every 10 creatives tested: 3 beat our baseline hook rate, 1 becomes a winner that scales You track this yourself and flag when you're off target Bonus paid for every creative that scales to our main campaign The pipeline tool We built a custom internal tool that syncs live with our Meta ad account. Every creative is tracked by its individual components: hook, CTA, headline, visual style, music mood, format, and concept. Performance data flows in daily: hook rate, CTR, ROAS, CPA, adds to cart, checkouts initiated, frequency, and Meta quality rankings. Every creative follows a strict naming convention that links it automatically to its performance data. Your job is to feed this system correctly and use it to make smarter creative decisions every week.
