Creative Professional for Anniversary Campaign (Video, Storytelling & Design)

We are seeking a talented creative professional to transform 15 years of our organization’s history into a compelling anniversary campaign. About the Project ICFML is celebrating its 15th Anniversary, and we are looking for a talented creative professional or small creative team to help us transform 15 years of history, achievements, events, and impact into a memorable and inspiring anniversary campaign. We have accumulated a significant archive of documents, reports, photographs, event materials, newsletters, presentations, and historical records covering the organization’s journey over the past 15 years. Our goal is to create a cohesive and visually compelling story that celebrates our past, highlights our impact, and inspires our future. Project Scope We are seeking support for three main deliverables: 1. Anniversary Celebration Video Create a professional and emotionally engaging anniversary video (approximately 2–4 minutes) that tells the story of ICFML’s 15-year journey. The video should include: * Storytelling and narrative development * Historical milestones * Photos and archival materials * Motion graphics and animations * Music and visual transitions * Key achievements and impact * Future vision and aspirations The final video will be used at events, on our website, and across social media channels. 2. Historical Presentation / Visual Timeline Develop a visually attractive presentation that showcases the evolution of ICFML over the last 15 years. Possible formats: * PowerPoint * Canva Presentation * Interactive PDF * Other visually engaging formats The presentation should include: * Timeline of key milestones * Major projects and initiatives * Important events * Partnerships and collaborations * Organizational growth and achievements * Visual storytelling supported by photos and graphics 3. 15-Year Commemorative Book Design a professional commemorative publication documenting the history of ICFML. Expected content may include: * Introduction and organizational story * Historical timeline * Key achievements and milestones * Major projects and initiatives * Testimonials and reflections * Photographs and archival materials * Vision for the future The final publication should be suitable for both digital distribution and professional printing. Materials Provided The selected freelancer will receive: * Historical documents * Reports * Presentations * Event materials * Newsletters * Photographs * Videos (where available) * Additional background information Part of the assignment will involve reviewing and organizing this material into a coherent narrative. Language Requirements The source materials are primarily in Portuguese. The final deliverables (video, presentation, and commemorative book) must be produced in Portuguese. Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable. However, exceptional candidates with strong storytelling and creative direction experience may apply if they can demonstrate their ability to work successfully with Portuguese-language content.
