Creative Project Assistant for Anime & Manga

I’m developing an original cyberpunk anime/comic IP called GhostNet Protocol, and I’m looking for a reliable creative project assistant to help organize the project as it grows.  This role is for someone who understands creative development, anime/manga/comic production, worldbuilding documents, deadlines, and file organization. I need someone who can help me take story canon, character files, visual references, artist notes, and production tasks and organize them into a clean system. This is not an artist role. This is a project organization and production support role. What You’ll Help With: * Organizing project canon documents, lore files, character files, and worldbuilding notes * Turning completed canon files into organized folders, summaries, checklists, and task boards * Helping create deadlines and production timelines * Tracking what has been completed and what still needs work * Organizing artist references, portfolios, contracts, and communication notes * Helping manage project files in Google Drive, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools * Creating simple production checklists for characters, cities, scenes, story arcs, and visual development * Helping me stay on schedule as the project grows * Preparing organized files that can be shared with artists, writers, editors, or future collaborators * Supporting communication and scheduling when needed Ideal Experience: * Experience as a project assistant, creative assistant, production assistant, or coordinator * Familiarity with anime, manga, comics, animation, webtoons, or entertainment development * Strong organization skills * Comfortable working with large worldbuilding/story documents * Able to create clean systems for folders, notes, deadlines, and task tracking * Experience with Google Drive, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar tools * Good communication and attention to detail * Able to work with an independent creator building an original IP from the ground up
