# Creative Project Manager (Part-Time / Contract) — Product Launch Support **Hotbox Healing / High Intentions** Hi! I'm Lauren. I make ritual tools for people whose brains don't work the "normal" way...specifically ADHD brains, specifically people who've been told to "go back to a time you felt safe" and thought, cool, there wasn't one. Right now I'm mid-launch on my first physical product: a boxed ritual kit (oracle deck, companion booklet, a flip-book, a mat) with a French printer, a Pakistani manufacturer, and a US packaging vendor all moving at once. I am, by design, the creative brain of this operation. I am not, by design, the person who should be tracking six vendor timelines in her head while also trying to write a book. That's the hole you'd be filling. ## What you'd actually be doing - Keeping a running project timeline across multiple vendors (print, mat, labels, packaging) so nothing quietly slips - Chasing quotes, specs, and sample confirmations...politely, persistently, in my stead - Flagging when two things are about to collide before they collide, not after - Helping me sequence tasks (what has to happen before what) so I stop context-switching myself into the ground - Light coordination with a website redesign and a merchant processor application - Translating my stream-of-consciousness voice memos and half-finished thoughts into an actual task list ## What you're NOT doing - Making creative decisions for me. I own the voice, the copy, the brand calls. You're building the scaffolding I create inside of, not the art itself. - Guessing. If something's ambiguous, ask. I'd rather answer three quick questions than have you run confidently in the wrong direction. ## Who does well with me Someone who can hold structure for a person who thinks in loops, not lines. I talk things out, circle back, change my mind mid-sentence sometimes...I need a PM who can catch the pivot and organize around it, not one who gets rattled by it. Bonus points if you've worked with small/solo creative founders before and already know that "small" doesn't mean "simple." ## Nice-to-haves, not requirements - Experience with physical product launches (print, packaging, or similar) - Comfort with vendor emails that occasionally need a French-first draft - A sense of humor. This is cannabis-adjacent wellness merch for people with executive dysfunction...if you can't find any of that funny, we're probably not a match ## Logistics Part-time to start, likely growing as the kit moves from prototype to production. Async-friendly, but I'll want a standing weekly check-in to keep the pivots from getting lost. If this sounds like your kind of chaos to organize, tell me about a project where you had to build order around someone who didn't think linearly. That'll tell me more than a resume will. Be strong enough to be gentle...also be strong enough to keep a spreadsheet updated. Both matter here.
