Summary

We're looking for a Creative Project Manager / Client Account Manager with experience managing photo shoots, creative teams, and production schedules. Our agency produces commercial and social media content for brands across multiple industries, and we need someone who can be the dedicated point of contact for 2 retainer clients and keep their projects running smoothly from planning to delivery. You'll work closely with our photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and Creative Director, ensuring each project moves seamlessly through every stage of production. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Be the dedicated point of contact for 2 monthly retainer clients - Run weekly client check-ins and monthly content plan presentations - Take content plans and turn them into clear project schedules and task assignments - Manage our team's workflow inside Notion (we'll provide SOPs and templates) - Coordinate scheduling and bookings of crew, studios, models, and editors for shoots - Help find and organize models, locations, and other shoot logistics - Run mechanical quality checks on every photo and video before client delivery - Create client-ready Frame.io review links and deliver - Coordinate social posting and ad uploads - Send each client a monthly performance snapshot using our template - Work with the founder to improve and standardize the project briefing process REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience managing photo/video shoots and production timelines - Strong client communication and account management skills - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable working in Notion (experience with similar tools like Asana or ClickUp is fine) - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong overlap with North American business hours (9am to 5pm ET minimum) - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative NICE TO HAVE - Experience in content production, marketing, or agency environments - Understanding of creative workflows and briefing systems - Experience with Frame.io TIME COMMITMENT Part-time, with daily check-ins (1 to 2 hours per day). Around 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow as we onboard more clients.
