Creative Script writer (Roblox Shorts) – Zack D. Style – Performance Bonuses

About Us: We are a digital media asset company specializing in short-form channel optimization. We recently acquired BloxSide Films—an established Roblox channel with 168K+ subscribers and multiple multi-million view hits. We are completely restructuring our production engine to mirror the high-retention pacing, script styling, and visual mechanics of Zack D. Films, but set entirely within the Roblox universe. The Role (Paid Trial to Long-Term Contract): We are hiring a highly organized, data-driven Creative Content Director to own the day-to-day video pipeline. You do not need to animate or edit. Your job is to research topics, write high-retention scripts, storyboard the visual direction, and review 3D animators. To find the perfect fit, this contract starts as a Paid Trial where you will be compensated a flat $25.00 to produce one YouTube Short script and review its layout. Upon successful completion, this will transition into our long-term monthly contract structure The Content Strategy: You will pitch and script content across three specific Roblox pillars: Roblox Glitches: Historically broken physics engines, avatar-breaking exploits, and unpatched map holes. Game Facts: Secret easter eggs and hidden developer histories inside massive games (e.g., Adopt Me, Blox Fruits). Absurdities: Incredibly bizarre hacker incidents, strange virtual economies, and game engine anomalies. Every single video must employ a "Hook-First" anatomy (stopping the scroll in under 1.5 seconds) and constant visual progression (directing a new camera angle, model movement, or asset change every 1.5 to 2 seconds) to guarantee massive audience retention curves. Workflow & Production Pipeline You will manage this entire chain within our workspace: Topic Selection, Scriptwriting, Video Review and Feedback Production Flow You will pitch the topic and write the script. Once approved, the script is passed to our dedicated animation/editing team. You will then review the generated video assets, provide precise visual feedback, and sign off on the final cut. Compensation & Structure (Note: the below payment structure happens after the trial run) To maintain absolute transparency and eliminate manual time tracking, our long-term contract pays a predictable, flat milestone rate per video, heavily augmented by performance bonuses scaled directly to the channel's real historical baseline metrics. Base Production Milestone: $25.00 per completed video. Paid upon final review and approval of the completed asset. Monthly Performance Bonuses (Paid out 30 days post-publish): Tier 1 (Stable Hit): +$5 bonus if a video crosses 50,000 views (BloxSide's standard healthy baseline). Tier 2 (Breakout): +$20 bonus if a video crosses 200,000 views. Tier 3 (Core Viral): +$100.00 bonus if a video crosses 750,000 views. Tier 4 (Mega-Viral Home Run): +$250.00 bonus if a video crosses 1,500,000+ views (the channel's maximum historic breakout cap).
