Creative Short Clip Video Editor (Facebook / Tiktok Ads)

We’re looking for a talented short-form video and photo editor to join us on an ongoing basis. We’re looking to produce 25+ videos per month, with each video ranging from 30–90 seconds, as well as a variety of high-quality image creatives. We’re looking for someone who can handle a consistent workload and consistently deliver high-performing content. We sell beauty products and will provide raw footage and photos of real people using our products, along with detailed scripts and creative direction. We’re looking for someone who can bring those concepts to life with engaging, scroll-stopping video edits and compelling image creatives that feel native to Facebook and TikTok. Creativity is important—we're looking for someone who can take our direction and turn it into polished, performance-driven creatives. We're also interested in using photorealistic AI-generated images and AI voiceover in our edits. Experience with this is a strong plus. Our goal is to create high-converting ad creatives, so experience creating content for Facebook and TikTok is essential. Please include examples of both video and photo creatives you've created for Facebook or TikTok in the past.
