Creative Statics Designer for Brand

Facebook Ad Creative Designer (E-commerce) — Junior, Long-Term Potential We're an e-commerce company looking for a designer to create static ad creatives for our Facebook ads. The goal is simple: produce scroll-stopping visuals that convert and stay consistent with our brand. This is a role we're happy to grow with the right person — we want someone we can train and build a long-term collaboration with as our volume increases. What you'll do Design static ad creatives for Facebook (and Instagram) Produce multiple variations and angles quickly for testing Keep visuals on-brand and conversion-focused Iterate based on feedback and performance Who we're looking for Some experience in e-commerce and/or design (even small — we'll train you up) Comfortable with Canva (other design tools a plus) Fast learner who works efficiently with a strong eye for detail Proactive: asks questions rather than staying stuck Reliable, serious, and eager to grow How it works We start with a paid trial / small test project to see how well we work together As you become autonomous and volume grows, this develops into ongoing, increasing work — with attractive pay and bonuses based on results To apply Please send your CV/portfolio, an overview of your e-commerce experience (brands, tools used), and examples of ad creatives you've made if available.
