Creative Strategist (Copywriter) for Tech Startups

We’re a growth marketing agency that helps tech startups scale through paid ads. Our job is to help clients find the right message, turn it into a high-converting sales funnel, and continuously iterate until it becomes a scalable and profitable customer acquisition system. We’re looking for a creative copywriter who can also think strategically — someone who can lead the direction of campaigns, not just write copy. This role includes: * Developing unique angles, positioning, and messaging * Deciding what to test and iterate on * Understanding who to target and how to speak to them * Collaborating on funnel strategy, ads, and landing pages * Working directly with clients to guide strategy and execution You’ll be making real strategic decisions that directly impact campaign performance and client growth. We’re happy to train the right person on the strategies and frameworks we already use, so you do not need years of agency experience or a massive portfolio. We care much more about creativity, strategic thinking, and willingness to learn.
