Summary

**Location:** Remote **Type:** Full-Time We're looking for a **Creative Strategist** who knows how to create ad concepts that actually sell. We run multiple direct-to-consumer brands and launch a high volume of Meta ads every week. Your job is to find winning angles, write compelling hooks, analyze competitors, and work closely with our video editors to produce creatives that drive purchases—not just views. ## What You'll Do * Research competitors and winning ads. * Develop fresh creative angles and ad concepts. * Write hooks, scripts, and briefs for video editors. * Analyze customer reviews to uncover pain points and buying motivations. * Brainstorm new testing ideas every week. * Review ad performance and iterate based on data. * Stay on top of Meta advertising trends and creative best practices. * Collaborate with media buyers, product managers, and editors. ## Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC brands. * Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising. * Excellent copywriting skills. * Ability to identify customer psychology and buying triggers. * Experience using ad libraries, competitor research tools, and AI tools. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands. * Strong English communication skills. ## Bonus Points * Experience with skincare, health, beauty, or wellness brands. * Experience writing UGC and direct-response scripts. * Familiarity with platforms like Motion, Foreplay, AdSpy, PiPiAds, or similar. * Experience analyzing Meta performance metrics. ## What Success Looks Like * Consistently delivers new winning creative concepts. * Produces clear, actionable briefs that editors can execute quickly. * Identifies new opportunities before competitors do. * Uses data—not opinions—to improve creative performance. ## Why Join Us? * Work with an ambitious, fast-growing eCommerce company. * High ownership and real impact on business growth. * Freedom to test ideas and move quickly. * Work alongside experienced marketers and creatives. * Remote-first team with opportunities for long-term growth. ## How to Apply Please send: * Your resume * Portfolio or examples of ad concepts/scripts you've created * Links to winning ads you've worked on (if available) * A short introduction explaining why you'd be a great fit To show you've read the entire job post, please include the word **"Jupiter"** somewhere in your application.
