Creative Strategist Designer Expert— Health/Wellness Subscription (Meta Ads)

We’re Oneleaf, a fast-growing weight-loss app for women based on neuroscience. Our message is simple: “It’s not your willpower. It’s your brain.” We already have a proven paid-ad model on Meta in the US. Now we need someone who can consistently create new ads that perform. This is a performance creative role, not a branding role. We care more about strong hooks, clear angles, and results than beautiful design. ## The role You will manage the full creative process: Concepts → hooks → scripts → briefs → freelancers → results → new iterations. Your goal is simple: create more winning ads, faster. We test new creatives in dedicated campaigns, then scale the winners. ## What you’ll do * Create 5–8 new ad concepts each week, including statics and UGC videos. * Write strong hooks and short scripts. * Create new versions of winning ads. * Brief and manage freelance editors, designers, and UGC creators. * Review performance data such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and hook rate. * Stop weak ads quickly and produce more versions of the winners. * Work closely with the founder, who currently manages media buying. ## You’re a good fit if you * Have at least 2 years of experience in direct-response or performance creative for a DTC or subscription business. * Have created ads that scaled and can share the results. * Understand hooks, angles, customer avatars, CAC, and CPA. * Can move fast and produce a high volume of ideas. * Prefer shipping 8 strong concepts over perfecting one ad. * Can write natural English copy that sounds like a real woman, not a marketer. * Are comfortable managing freelancers and organizing a simple creative process. Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or weight loss is a strong plus.
