Summary

We are a performance marketing agency looking for a creative strategist or direct response copywriter to help us create high-performing ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and angles for paid social campaigns. This role is not for someone who just “writes nice copy.” We need someone who understands how ads actually work: attention, emotion, pain points, objections, curiosity, proof, and conversion. You will be working across multiple client accounts, so you need to be able to adapt quickly to different products, audiences, and angles. What You’ll Be Doing You will help us with: Writing ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and UGC-style ads Creating strong hooks, scroll-stopping concepts, and new angles Breaking down competitor ads and identifying why they work Turning product research into persuasive creative ideas Writing direct response copy that feels native, emotional, and believable Helping us test different awareness levels: cold audience, problem-aware, solution-aware, and product-aware Suggesting creative improvements based on performance data Working with our internal team to improve creative strategy across multiple clients What We’re Looking For You should have experience with at least some of the following: Direct response copywriting Paid social ads UGC scripts E-commerce or lead generation campaigns Hook writing Creative strategy Competitor ad research Performance marketing You do not need to be perfect, but you do need to think like a strategist, not just a writer. A weak copywriter writes pretty sentences. A strong creative strategist understands why someone stops scrolling, why they care, why they believe, and why they buy. The Right Mindset We want someone who: Can take feedback without getting emotional Is curious and willing to research deeply Understands that most first drafts are not good enough Can generate many angles, not just one “safe” idea Thinks in terms of performance, not personal taste Can move fast without producing lazy work Is proactive and brings ideas to the table Pays attention to detail Actually cares about improving If you need someone to tell you every tiny step, this is not the right role. We need someone who can think, research, and push ideas forward. Nice to Have Big plus if you have experience with: Meta Ads TikTok Ads Health, beauty, fitness, home improvement, supplements, or e-commerce products Writing for AI avatars or UGC creators Analyzing ad libraries Working with creative teams or media buyers How to Apply Please include: A short intro about your experience Examples of ad scripts, hooks, or copy you’ve written Your CV To prove you read this properly, start your application with the name of Google’s CEO.
