Creative Strategist — Hooks & Angles for Scaling DTC Brand

Summary

We're looking for a creative strategist to plug into a scaling DTC brand and own the concept side of the ad account. The brand is doing well on Meta but the creative pipeline is the bottleneck — we need someone who can keep a steady flow of fresh hooks, angles and scripts coming in every week. This isn't an editing or design role. We already have editors and designers in place. We need a thinker — someone who lives in the comments section, pays attention to what's working on Meta and TikTok right now, and can translate that into briefs the production team can actually execute on. What the role looks like: - Ongoing ad concepts (static + video) with full briefs - Hook writing and script frameworks for short-form video - Angle and persona research — finding the pockets of the audience that aren't being sold to yet - Light competitive monitoring (what other DTC brands in the space are running, what's fresh, what's stale) We care about direct response. Pretty creative that doesn't convert is a waste of everyone's time. Share 3-5 concepts you're proud of and a quick note on why they worked. If you've helped scale a DTC brand on Meta before, mention which one and what kind of ROAS lift you saw.
