Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing DTC e-commerce team. This is not an entry-level position. You must have proven experience creating winning ad strategies for Meta and YouTube campaigns. You’ll be responsible for researching customers, analyzing competitors, developing creative angles, writing ad concepts, and working with our creative team to launch high-performing campaigns. If you’re obsessed with understanding why ads scale, constantly study competitors, and know how to turn research into profitable creatives, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities * Conduct deep customer research through reviews, forums, Reddit, Facebook comments, Amazon, Trustpilot, YouTube comments, and surveys. * Perform extensive competitor research using Meta Ad Library, YouTube Ads, landing pages, advertorials, VSLs, and email campaigns. * Identify winning hooks, offers, messaging, creative angles, and market trends. * Develop creative strategies for Meta and YouTube campaigns. * Write complete creative briefs, including hooks, scripts, storyboards, UGC briefs, headlines, thumbnails, and CTAs. * Work closely with video editors, designers, media buyers, and UGC creators to produce high-converting ads. * Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve creatives based on data. * Generate new creative concepts every week to support aggressive testing. Requirements Must Have * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or Performance Creative Strategist. * Hands-on experience creating ads for Meta and YouTube. * Experience working with DTC e-commerce brands. * Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing. * Proven ability to identify winning creative angles and hooks. * Excellent English copywriting skills. * Experience researching competitors using Meta Ad Library and YouTube. * Comfortable working with performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, ROAS, and MER. * Highly analytical and data-driven. * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity to accelerate research and creative development. * Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have * Experience managing brands doing over $1M+ annual revenue. * Experience with subscription-based businesses. * Experience with advertorials, VSLs, native advertising, or affiliate marketing. * Experience with TikTok creative strategy. * Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of new creative concepts produced each week. * Creative win rate. * CTR improvements. * CPA reduction. * ROAS improvements. * Speed of creative iteration. * Quality of competitor research. * Creative testing velocity. This Role Is For You If… * You constantly save ads that catch your attention. * You regularly browse Meta Ad Library to study competitors. * You enjoy breaking down successful ads and understanding why they work. * You think like a marketer, not just a copywriter or designer. * You’re curious, proactive, and always looking for the next winning angle. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses for delivering winning creatives. This is a full-time position only. We are not looking for freelancers, agencies, or part-time applicants.
