We are Impulse Analytics, a Paris-based performance creative agency managing €300k+/month in Meta ad spend for leading brands. We're launching our US operations with a major streaming & wellness brand, and we're looking for a US-based Creative Strategist to power this launch. What you'll do: - Own the creative learning agenda for the US account: analyze ad account data, identify creative winners/losers, and turn insights into testing roadmaps - Write creative briefs and scripts (statics, UGC, video, motion) for our designers and motion designers - Adapt and originate concepts for the US audience (cultural nuance, hooks, angles) - Collaborate async with our French team (consultants, project managers, creative team) What we're looking for: - 3+ years as a creative strategist in paid social (Meta first; TikTok/YouTube a plus) - DTC or subscription experience strongly preferred - US-based, native-level English, deep understanding of US consumer culture - Comfortable with data: you read ad account metrics and turn them into creative decisions - Hands-on proficiency with Motion (ad creative analytics) is required — you'll use it daily for creative performance analysis and competitor research To apply, please include: 1. 2-3 examples of ads you've strategized (with results if possible) 2.
