Most creative strategist roles are about writing briefs, building decks and reviewing other people's work. This one is not. You come up with the concept and then you go and design it yourself. The times we have run statics, they have worked well. We want to make a lot more of them, and we want someone who is genuinely good at it. As you prove out what works, you take on more of the thinking: which angles we chase, what we test next, what our creative direction is. What you'd do Design static ads for Meta, start to finish. Come up with the concept and then make it. You will not get a detailed brief every time. Work from our product photos, customer reviews and brand assets. We will give you everything we have. Ship in batches. Ten good ads beat one perfect one. You would not be starting from scratch. We have built tools in-house that handle most of the repetitive production work. If your process is better than ours, bring it and we will switch. Who we're looking for You've made static ads for a DTC brand that ran on Meta, and you can show us the ones that won. You understand direct response. You use AI tools daily as part of how you work. You're an individual, not an agency.
