About the Role We are seeking a highly creative, conversion-focused AI Creative Strategist & Video Ads Creator to design high-performing, scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This is not a traditional video editing or motion graphics role. We are specifically looking for a specialist who deeply understands AI-powered creative workflows and direct-response advertising psychology. You will take existing assets and product concepts and transform them into compelling, ultra-realistic AI-generated visuals and short-form videos engineered to hook attention, drive engagement, and maximize conversions. You will have a strong eye for a clean, minimalist, and scientific aesthetic—producing visuals that feel premium, trustworthy, and completely native to social feeds. Key Responsibilities Ultra-Realistic Concepting: Generate hyper-realistic AI images and lifestyle scenes based on existing product imagery, ensuring they look entirely authentic and avoid the "obviously AI" look. Short-Form Video Production: Create high-impact B-roll, dynamic transitions, and short-form video ads using cutting-edge AI video tools and motion control frameworks. Direct-Response Frameworks: Design visually engaging scenes structured around a singular, highly compelling product benefit, optimized for maximum Hook Rate and Hold Rate. Audio & Voiceover Integration: Script and integrate high-converting voiceovers, utilizing realistic AI UGC-style voices, native text-to-speech, or promo-style audio. Format Optimization: Deliver native, platform-ready ad creatives optimized for Meta placement (primarily 9:16 and 1:1 formats). Rapid Iteration: Work efficiently to produce, test, and iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and hooks. What We’re Looking For The AI Edge: Proven experience leveraging advanced AI generation and motion guidance tools to build high-performing digital ad creatives. Direct-Response Psychology: A deep understanding of Meta ad creative best practices, including 3-second hooks, pacing, framing, and visual storytelling. Premium Editorial Taste: Exceptional taste in composition, studio/natural lighting, and color theory, with the ability to maintain a clean, elevated brand visual identity. Speed & Agility: The ability to work quickly, moving from concept to final render efficiently without sacrificing quality. Required Skills & Experience AI Tool Stack Mastery: Deep experience with leading AI image, video, and animation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, SeeDance, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, etc.). Advanced Motion & Physics Control: Experience using AI motion tools to generate realistic character movement, fluid dynamics, or kinetic texturing that looks seamless and natural. Post-Production Proficiency: Strong skills in traditional editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to piece together AI B-roll, add native text overlays, sync audio, and polish the final output. Audio Sourcing & AI Voice: Experience sourcing, generating, or editing realistic AI voiceovers (e.g., ElevenLabs) or setting up authentic UGC-style audio tracks. Portfolio Evidence: A portfolio showcasing past video ads that successfully merge AI-generated elements into clean, commercially viable marketing assets.
