AI Creative Strategist for Animation, Cartoon & Claymation Ads

We are looking for a highly creative AI Creative Strategist who specializes in producing scroll-stopping, AI-generated ads for our consumer brand. Core themes include: * A better and less stressful start to the day * Smooth, comfortable shaving * Strong visual appearance and confidence * High-quality design without unnecessary marketing noise * Fair pricing * Less plastic and more conscious materials What You Will Do You will help us develop and execute AI-first advertising concepts from the initial idea to the finished creative. Your responsibilities may include: * Developing original ad concepts and visual hooks * Turning product benefits into entertaining visual stories * Creating storyboards and scene sequences * Producing animation, cartoon, or claymation-style AI ads * Writing short scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action * Creating multiple creative variations for testing * Adapting concepts for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other short-form platforms * Analyzing which creative ideas are likely to perform and suggesting new testing angles * Maintaining visual and strategic consistency across different ads Creative Directions We Are Interested In Examples of concepts we want to explore: * A claymation morning routine where everything goes wrong until the NASH razor appears * Cartoon characters representing common shaving frustrations * Animated comparisons between overpriced razors, disposable razors, electric shavers, and NASH * A razor character fighting razor burn, plastic waste, or morning stress * Visually exaggerated before-and-after transformations * Product demonstrations created entirely with AI * Unexpected, humorous, or highly stylized product stories * Short animated worlds built around the idea of starting the day feeling ready What We Are Looking For You should have strong experience with several of the following: * AI video generation tools * AI image generation * Character consistency * Image-to-video workflows * Animation and motion design * Cartoon or claymation aesthetics * Creative strategy for direct-to-consumer brands * Short-form paid social advertising * Performance-driven storytelling * Prompt engineering * Sound design, voice-over, and editing Experience with tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms is valuable. However, we care more about your creative thinking, visual quality, storytelling skills, and ability to produce strong ads than about any specific tool.
